Hot yoga
Hot yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed in a studio that is heated to 105 F (40 C) and has a humidity of 40 percent. The formal name for hot yoga is “Bikram yoga.”

Bikram yoga is a 60- 90 minute program that consists of a series of 26 postures. The postures require lengthy, forceful and well-controlled contractions of all major muscle groups to improve core strength and flexibility around joins. The demanding nature of the poses and the heat are designed to raise your heart rate and tire your muscles.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

LES MILLS GRIT® Plyo is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast!
Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these 30-minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.
