Porthmadog 2 Buckley Town 0
Shaun Cavanagh scored the crucial goals at the Traeth as Porthmadog attempt to avoid relegation.
In another match where the weather made it almost impossible to play any kind of football, mastery of the conditions was the key.
Buckley had the gale-force wind at their backs in the first half but failed to make any headway. The nearest they came to taking the lead was on 23 minutes when Sam Spridgeon headed wide at the back post.
Jake Roberts and Josh Jones also had chances but the score remained 0-0 at the half.
The opener for Port came on 51′ when Jay Gibbs sent the ball out right to Jamie McDaid who cut inside and crossed to the back post for Cavanagh to head home.
The second came seven minutes later when Iwan Lewis put Cavanagh through, and he lobbed the oncoming Joe Makaruk.
